Our work at IBA Builders brought together kitchen and bathroom remodeling in Mar Vista. The finished rooms feature white cabinetry and black accents in the kitchen, with wood-grain cabinetry and brass-toned details in the bathroom.
A combined kitchen and bathroom remodel in Mar Vista
This combined remodel brings different finishes to each room. The kitchen pairs pale counters and cabinetry with stainless steel appliances. In the bathroom, a dark vanity top contrasts with lighter walls and flooring.
We hold California contractor license #1074505.
The finished white kitchen
White shaker-style cabinet doors extend up to the ceiling, with black pulls across the drawers and doors. Pale counters continue around the corner and along the sink wall beneath a black-framed window. The sink has a black faucet, and a slim dark pendant hangs above it.
At the cooking area, a stainless steel gas range sits beneath a white paneled hood enclosure. A black wall-mounted pot filler stands out against the pale, lightly veined backsplash. The refrigerator has a matching stainless steel finish, while light wood-toned plank flooring runs throughout the kitchen. An open corner cabinet reveals cookware storage beside the range.
The finished bathroom vanity area
The wall-mounted wood-grain vanity has a thick, dark veined countertop surrounding a rectangular sink. Brass-toned drawer pulls and a wall-mounted faucet coordinate with the irregular rounded mirror frame and cylindrical pendant lighting.
Behind the mirror, the light-colored wall surface has closely spaced horizontal ridges. The adjoining gray wall has a subtler texture. Pale floor tiles and a white toilet complete the visible bathroom area.

Can a single IBA Builders project include both kitchen and bathroom remodeling?
Yes. This Mar Vista project included both kitchen and bathroom remodeling. We offer kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling, and this finished job shows both together: a white kitchen with dark hardware and a bathroom with a wood-grain vanity and dark countertop.
Does IBA Builders provide broader home remodeling services?
Yes. We offer home remodeling in addition to kitchen and bathroom remodeling. This Mar Vista showcase focuses on the kitchen and bathroom, rather than a whole-house renovation. If your plans extend beyond those rooms, contact us to discuss the broader scope you have in mind.
