This finished bathroom project in Los Angeles from IBA Builders features a white freestanding tub, a glass-enclosed shower, and a long wood vanity. Here, we take a closer look at the finished fixtures, surfaces, and lighting.
A bright contemporary bathroom in Los Angeles
White marble-look walls and flooring carry gray veining throughout the room. Daylight enters through a large black-framed window overlooking trees, while recessed ceiling lights and sconces above the vanity add light around the finished bathroom.
Black fixtures and window framing contrast with the pale surfaces. Behind the vanity, a dark horizontal-plank accent wall provides a backdrop for the round wood-framed mirrors. The wood tones stand out against the white countertop and gray-and-white tile.
Freestanding tub, glass shower, and wood vanity details
The freestanding soaking tub sits beneath the window, with a black floor-mounted filler and handheld attachment beside it. Next to the tub, a black-framed glass enclosure surrounds the separate shower. Inside, marble-look walls, recessed storage niches, black fixtures, and a bench are visible.
Across the vanity wall, wood-front drawers extend beneath a white countertop with black faucets. Round mirrors contrast with the straight lines of the cabinetry and wall planks. Globe-style sconces hang above the mirrors, while folded white towels and flowers finish the countertop.
